Western Province championships Is coming.

Western Province Championships is on the 9th of August.
To fight in a competition you have to be green belt or higher.

When you fight it is STRICTLY no contact because we are a very deadly and effective style. And after each fight you do kata. The one that win`s the kata and the fight, wins.If One win`s the fight and the other win`s the kata, they do a tiebreaker kata,to determine who win`s the fight.

Orange belt and down only does kata.
